The Swan Partnership LLP is managed by husband and wife team Bob and Helen Edwards. With offices in Leamington Spa and Market Harborough, and clients further afield, we aim to be as flexible as possible about where we work for you. If you need us to come to you, then that’s what we will do. Or we can work remotely, keeping in touch by phone and email with occasional meetings if necessary.

Bob is a qualified Certified Accountant who has worked as a general practitioner since the early 1980s. As mentioned in our Products and Services section, Bob uses this experience to advise businesses on a variety of specialist, profit improvement and tax strategies. He also writes on tax issues for a number of organisations, particularly where there is a need to communicate complex issues using ‘plain English’.

Bob also offers practice development consultancy to UK accounting and tax professionals.

Helen’s background is in administration. The skills that Helen has acquired over the last 20 years are used both within the partnership and also marketed to clients. Helen is also involved as editor in preparing and completing the written copy sold by the partnership.

The partners are assisted by Linda Pentland who takes responsibility for Bookkeeping and Payroll services. With a background spanning public and private sector organisations as well as the voluntary and charitable sector, there aren’t many business contexts she hasn’t encountered. Taking your business accounting records from shoe box under the bed to orderly, organised and useful information is her speciality.
